Sometimes it may happen that your Apple TV is not showing up in the list of found devices in CiderTV remote app or is highlighted in grey (i.e. unavailable to select).

If it happens, please check the following:

  • This Apple TV is turned ON;
  • It is in one local network (wireless or Ethernet) with your smartphone with CiderTV installed;
  • You have an up-to-date version of CiderTV.

Or if it doesn't help - restart the app and contact our support team:
